How does FlexWheels work?

Members use the FlexWheels app to request their next vehicle, including when and where they would like the next vehicle. A FlexWheels concierge will deliver the fresh vehicle, transfer everything over to your new car, and ensure you’re all set to go. Flip into a new car multiple times a month. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect car for any occasion.

What is included in a FlexWheels subscription?

Every FlexWheels subscription includes rights to a vehicle, insurance and up to 3 flips for each tier per month. Any additional flips will cost $55 per flip. The FlexWheels concierge team delivers hand detailed vehicles to wherever you request.  We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving. What vehicles are included with FlexWheels?

FlexWheels offers a variety of vehicles including luxury sedans, SUVs, trucks, convertibles, sports cars and more. Check out the Discovery and Premier garages for more information

How does insurance work?

Insurance is included with all FlexWheels subscriptions.  All approved drivers are covered by the FlexWheels insurance policy.  Policy highlights:


  • $1,000 Insurance deductible for all vehicles. If the damage is below a $1,000, you will only pay the total cost of the damage.
  • $1,000,000 liability coverage (combined single limit)
  • $300,000 uninsured motorist (combined)
  • $2,000 medical payments to offset any out of pocket or deductible costs
How long can I keep a vehicle?

Generally, members can be in a single vehicle for up to 5,000 miles. We will prompt you if the vehicle is due for an inspection or preventative maintenance and find you another great ride!

How new are the vehicles?

Our vehicles range from current model year to 4 years old. Each vehicle is serviced, detailed and kept in high quality condition. Many of our members tell us that every vehicle feels like new!

Signing Up

How do I join FlexWheels?

Download our app here and hit “Sign up”. Follow the instructions to create an account. You will need to provide a credit card, select a plan and provide a picture of your driver’s license. We will verify your information and process your application. We may need to speak with you during that process. In most cases, we can approve an application within one business day. Then we will contact you to get you started and schedule your first flip!

Is FlexWheels in my area?

Today, FlexWheels is live in Miami Dade, Broward County, FL and Palm Beach County. To qualify, members must reside in one of the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe and Palm Beach

Who is eligible?

Anyone 21 or over with a valid license, clean driving record and background check. Anyone who is between the age of 21-25 will be subject to an additional $70/month charge.

How do I receive my first vehicle?

Once accepted, your FlexWheels concierge will work with you to deliver your first vehicle. We recommend you reserve at least 30 minutes for your first delivery so we can answer any questions and show you the ropes. We will have you behind the wheel within a week.

What should I do with my old vehicle?

Please contact a concierge at to see if one of our affiliate dealers can assist!

What is the FlexWheels Joining Fee?

The FlexWheels Activation Fee is a one time charge of $700 for all new FlexWheels memberships. The fee is non-refundable.

Everyday Usage

How well equipped are the vehicles?

The majority of vehicles are equipped with a mid to high-end trim package. Most of our vehicles have leather seats. Other options vary by make/model and specific vehicle. We cannot guarantee the availability of certain options.

Are pets allowed in vehicles?

We do allow pets in the vehicles but they must be transported in a crate. If the vehicle comes back with a substantial amount of pet hair or dandruff, we reserve the right to charge a $125.00 cleaning fee.

Is satellite radio included?

No, however you can easily access your satellite radio account in any FlexWheels car using your satellite radio app and a Bluetooth or cable connection. 

What happens if my vehicle needs repair?

Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, let us know by calling or texting us or use the FlexWheels app to notify us and we will get you back driving!

What happens if I get into an accident?

First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call us on the concierge line. We will bring you a fresh vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident. 

How much advance notice is required for a flip?

FlexWheels asks that you give us 5 business days’ notice so we can guarantee to meet your needs.

Do I tip the concierge?

FlexWheels does not allow tipping. Concierge delivery is part of the overall FlexWheels member experience and included with the monthly subscription. If you have an exceptional Concierge experience feel free to reflect it in the service rating or by letting the team know. 

What if I want to book an additional flip?

Not a problem! Each tier comes with 3 flips per month. Easily add an extra flip for a $55 fee.

What are the operating hours?

The FlexWheels concierge team delivers Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. 

Pricing & Payment

Where can I find the insurance card?

View a digital version of your insurance card under the “Your current ride” section of your FlexWheels app homepage. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.

What about fuel?

Each vehicle will leave with a full tank of gas from our headquarters and on to your desired destination within our service area. When you return a vehicle, we will drive it from your location to our headquarters and refill the tank immediately after arriving to Headquarters.

When is payment due?

A valid credit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas or upgrades will be charged as soon as the flip ends.

What is the minimum commitment to drive FlexWheels?

FlexWheels is a monthly subscription service. Pay for the first month and give it a try. If you like it, your subscription will renew automatically monthly after the first period. If you ever want to cancel, just let us know and we will end your subscription after your current month has expired.

Can I move between the different plans?

Yes, members can change plans at any time. Your monthly subscription fee will be prorated if you decide to do so. We require that members moving to a lower rated plan have been on their current plan for at least one month.

Daily upgrades available starting at $30, subject to availability.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Going out of town? Love FlexWheels but need a break? Just pause your FlexWheels account and have one less monthly bill covering something you're not even using. No lease or loan allows that! Pause your FlexWheels account anytime for up to 275 days and a convenience fee of $260. Then pick right back up where you left off for no additional Charge!

Terms of Use

Is there a mileage limit per month?

Up to 2,000 miles included in monthly membership with rollover capability.

Can anyone else drive the vehicle?

Yes, eligible drivers may be registered as Additional Drivers and added to the member’s account.

Are members responsible for their FlexWheels car?

Yes, we expect our members to take care of FlexWheels vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean, and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the FlexWheels app.

What is the condition of FlexWheels vehicles?

FlexWheels is committed to delivering vehicles that are in excellent condition. To that end, we use technology to ensure that the vehicles are properly maintained and driven responsibly.

What data does FlexWheels collect?
